Exactly as described, good quality and build. Nice shoulder straps and back protections. Plenty of pockets w/wo zipper. Can’t say my dog is super happy about it, but she doesn’t hate it and hence will get used to it. A bit big, but Medium would have been too small. Didn’t need to contact the Seller.

Article conforme à la description et très bien pour son prix. Je l’ai acheté pour mon chiot malinois de 2 1/2, presque 7kilos et j’ai pris la taille L. C’est un tout petit grand pour le moment mais vu la vitesse à laquelle mon chiot grandi ce sera très bien. Attention toutefois ce n’est pas fait pour de longues distances, avec le poids du chien on a mal au dos au bout d’un moment.

I quite like this backpack, and so does my dog. She’s a little heavy, at 25lbs but she fits in the bag quite well. I really wasn’t sure I’d be able to get her in it without her fighting me. It’s more of a struggle to get her out as she’s too comfy. The waist belt, isn’t great. It doesn’t stay put. A centre strap to keep the arm straps up would also be helpful
